Albertus
Albert the Great (1200-1280 A.D.) was a polymath and deep theological thinker, the teacher of Thomas Aquinas and a man of wide-ranging interests. Educated in Padua, Bologna, and Paris, Albert was a Dominican and the apogee of scholastic philosophy.
